Little Becky Two Shoes' dress

This is the dress I made for Little Becky Two Shoes in the Plattsburgh State University music and theatre departments' production of Urinetown: the Musical. The costumes for the show were mostly pulled from stock, but the dress that the actress playing Little Becky found was made from a fabric that really, really didn't work for the show. I copied that dress in this wonderful purple fabric. It's a simple dress, but I'm really proud of my flat patterning and copying the other dress. Also, the original dress didn't have the fun distressed hemline. As a note, yes, the dress is slightly longer in the front. That's because the actress wore it with padding to make her look pregnant.
